The infamous Koffee with Karan episode where Alia answered Prithviraj Chauhan as the President of India got her days of trolls. But our lady was a sport all through it and proved it after starring in a video ‘Alia Bhatt-Genius Of The Year’ where she spoke about the phase and laughed it off at herself where her self-depreciating humor got us fangirling over her yet again!
Alia’s character in Kapoor And Sons is like that of a catalyst. She breezes through the fun bits and is equally effective in emotional scenes, particularly the one where she talks about her parents. She was able to stand to toe while performing with the likes of Fawad Khan. We loved the power-packed performance!

Alia Bhatt’s performances as a Bihari migrant in Udta Punjab was so stunning that she overshadowed all the other big actors in the controversial released. Pulling off the accent and character with so much élan, it was proved that Alia is an actor of substance and not just shimmer! She took home most of the Best Actress awards for her performance and was also nominated for the National Award! The film for sure has been one of her career-best act!
After all the trolls, Alia made a comeback with King Khan in the next season on Koffee with Karan. We love the episode and Alia’s free-spirited persona and candor which made it fun and interesting. What was more to this episode was how Alia won the GK quiz this time and how she attributed the victory to everyone who blamed her and helped her get better. That’s our cutie!
