Aamir Kham wowed by IMAX, 3D style

PVR the ultimate cinema entertainment company launched its first IMAX theatre in PVR Phoenix, Mumbai at the centre heart of Mumbai and having the added advantage of an integrated shopping mall and Hotel Shangri La.

Aamir Khan being the chief guest of honor  inaugurated and launched the PVR IMAX with a VIP private screening of Warner Bros’ movie, Man of Steel with Kotak Bank being the main sponsors of the launch event.

Aamir Khan was so wowed that he narrated the story of how when he was in Australia for few years, how he used to go and watch all movies in IMAX format and because he was so impressed, the movie DHOOM 3 will be released in 3D IMAX format in December 2013.

IMAX 3D gives the wonderful big-screen entertainment with astounding visual effects and realistic sounds and just cannot wait to watch DHOOM 3. Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif’s upcoming mega budget film Dhoom 3 will be the first Indian film to be released on IMAX screens in India. IMAX Corporation plans to open 14 specialised theatres all across India by 2014.
