Eat Thai, Mumbai (For Two Persons Rs. 2000)

CUISINE: Thai, Asian

BITES AND BOOZE:
Eat Thai welcomed us with their brand new 5 course set lunch menu that includes soup, salad, curries, rice/noodles and dessert. The som tom salad brings the right amount of tang and zest that you expect to clean your palate, with peanuts adding the right amount of crunchy aftertaste that you enjoy. The Thai favourite, Phak Bua Crob (crispy lotus stem and scallion tossed in tamarind sauce) doesn’t disappoint one bit, and the perfectly textured coconut base of the Green Thai Curry paired with Jasmine Rice leaves your appetite craving for more. While the curry and the rice add rich and creamy tones to your meal, the Phad Thai gives you the adequate spice that an indian palate is very accustomed to, giving you a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The extremely satiating gluten free chocolate cake is the sinfully beautiful end to a very well proportioned meal.
FAB OR DRAB: The ambience is a stark contrast to the cuisine they serve, but is a great place to take your friends and family, if you plan to indulge and even splurge a little more than usual.
