The Must-Have Holi Songs In Your Playlist This Holi

Rang, Paani ke Gubaare, Pichkariyan, Bhaang, Safed Kapde, Mithaaiyan. What more is needed for a perfect Holi celebration right? But there is one key thing missing from these. Guessed it yet?

Yessss!!! The songs. Holi without Bollywood songs is incomplete.  Lets reframe…” Rang, Paani ke Gubaare, Pichkariyan, Bhaang, Safed Kapde , Mithaaiyan, and Naach Gana”. This sounds perfect.

Bollywood has never once failed to make our Holi celebrations joyful. From ‘Rang Barse Bheege Chunarwali’ to ‘Balam Pichkari’, bollywood songs have added limitless fun to our Holi parties.

With the festival waiting to knock your doors and pull you out to fill the air with colours, we don’t want you to run out of bollywood songs and miss out on all the fun.  Here are Holi songs that you can play and dance to at your party:

1. Do Me a Favour Lets Play Holi

With the tone and accent of Annu Malik and Sunidhi Chauhan perfectly tailoring with the lyrics, the excitement to smear your loved ones with colours just proliferates. Shimmying to this Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra featuring song is a different kind of fun altogether. Don’t miss out on this one!

2. Rang Barse Bheege Chunar Waali

Though the most common of all, this one has to be played when it comes to enjoying Holi. Moreover, who wouldn’t want to mirror the steps performed by Mr.Bachchan with the same style and expression? This song from the film Silsila should be a must-have song in your playlist.

3. Balam Pichkari

Is Holi even possible without this song? There will undoubtedly be no ‘ mazza’ in Holi if this song doesn’t play. The song featuring Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor, Kalki Koechlin and Aditya Roy Kapoor has succeeded in creating an absolutely different mood of Holi. With all the excitement that has been poured into the song by the singers Shalmali Kholgade and Vishal Dadlani, it is impossible to stop yourself from dancing on the beats of this energetic song.

4. Holi Khele Raghuveera

Partly sung by Amitabh Bachchan with immense ‘josh’ along with Udit Narayan, Sukhwinder Singh and Alka Yagnik, the song adds a completely new colour to the celebration. It’s a perfect family celebration song. So if you plan to celebrate Holi with your family, this song has to make it to your playlist.

5. Holi Ke Din Dil Khil Jaate Hai

This is an all-time favourite of all and an absolute classic from the evergreen film Sholay. For many years now, Holi and this song have been going hand in hand. This definitely has to continue because why not? After all, this song has our hearts to it. You have to groove on this song!

With these songs on your playlist, Holi filled with fun, colours, love and excitement is 100% ensured.
