Soul Souffle, Goa – Rs. 400 per person

Located within the hinterland of South Goa’s serene Verna village, Soul Souffle boasts of a natural spring to keep you company while you feast on some great continental cuisine.
CUISINE: While it serves a bit of everything, continental is what you should go for
FOOD AND DRINKS: Indulge yourself on the many exotic cocktail mixes while you wait for your food. Try their Sangria which will set the tone for the rest of the day or their creative mixes of local liquor that you wont sample anyplace else. The food is to die for and the presentation is rather spectacular. Go for the Cordon Bleu which will seduce your senses, or go wild with the butter garlic crab. Just remember to keep the cutlery away for this one.
OVERALL IMPRESSION: Visit Soul Souffle when you have a nice, long, lazy day ahead of you. Enveloped by the sounds of gushing spring water, this place is perfect tocompletely rejuvenate your senses. Make sureyou carry a pair of shorts for a dip in the spring.
