The Cure Of Indigestion Lies In Your Kitchen

One of the most effective and quick remedy specifically for acidity and gas problems is chewing about 8-10 fresh mint leaves which triggers the gland responsible for generating bile and also helps in relaxing the muscles of your digestive tract. Mint is fibrous in nature which helps in curing constipation.

Carrot:

They are high in fibre which ensures a balance in blood sugar levels. Carrots contain two types of fibre, soluble and insoluble, both of which are required for good digestion of food. Fibre helps move the food smoothly through your digestive tracts pushing maximum of it to the stool thereby preventing constipation.

Carom Seeds (Ajwain):

Carom seeds are known to keep the stomach healthy. It is best for indigestion and gas. Carom seeds are also said to increase gastro-intestinal secretions which helps in enhancing the efficiency of digestive functions.

Chia Seeds:

Very effective to relieve constipation, Chia seeds are one of the most common ways to treat indigestion. The fiber existent in the seeds helps maintain a balance in the speed of digestion. This in turn keeps the sugar level from spiking. Moreover, the seeds are also said to act as a natural coolant for the digestive system.

Jaggery:

Eating a piece of jaggery after a meal is an old Indian tradition that has almost vanished. This tradition had a strong reason behind it. Jaggery is known for activating the digestive enzymes in our body which helps in proper digestion of food. Having Jaggery after a meal also helps in cleansing the liver and flushing the toxins outside the body.

All the above mentioned come to us from nature and have no side effects unless you are allergic to them. They not only provide instant relief but help your body in many other ways.
