Toyota Kirloskar Motor has launched a new technical educational course that is said to benefit thousands of students looking for careers in the technical realm of the motor industry. Service Advisor Toyota Technical Education Program (SA T-TEP) is a new course, and an add-on to its Technical Education Program.
Toyota Technical Education Program and the success of its reception in 2006 was the main reason why the motor giant decided to launch a new Service Advisor Program. Specially designed to help students studying in the Polytechnics, the course will along with improving employment among students, also improve their technical abilities and automotive skills.
With an aim to create skilled Service Advisors for the Automotive Service Industry in India, this course will train around 40 students with automobile and mechanical diplomas per year. The SA T-TEPs one year syllabus will introduce students to Toyota’s advanced technology and service techniques. And, will also include on-the-job training at Toyota dealerships.
